Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
- Damaged or defective items are eligible regardless of condition
How to Return
- Message us on WhatsApp (+92 325 524 2463) with your order number and reason for return
- We'll arrange a pickup or provide a drop-off address
- Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank) within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are cash-based.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
